Unity shop

As a byproduct of the development of different simulators, ITCL Simulation Technologies has at its disposal a wide variety of 3D assets, designed to work in real-time environments such as Unity 3D engine. Some of these assets are now available to the public exclusively in the Unity Asset Store, giving its users the chance to get high quality packages for a reduced price.

  • Artificial vision: Advanced recognition algorithms: Detection of defects in parts, classification, monitoring and biometry, facial reconstruction, 3D model capture, Indoor Tracking and environmental recognition, visual odometry.

The area has two main professional profiles: Programmers and Artists.

Programmers provide behavior to objects and create different interactions: object movements, database programming, network communications, simulator interconnection, intelligent behaviors, dlls integration, object recognition, hardware integration…

The artistic department is responsible for visually capturing a concept or an idea. They create all graphic content such as 3D models, textures, animations, user interface, adapting to the ideal aesthetic line and the requirements of the support chosen for each project.

The area incorporates a team of 9 young researchers, led by Mr. Carlos Alberto Catalina, being one of the most relevant ITCL groups with several publications.

Modular Buildings Pack

PACKAGE DESCRIPTION
This package includes a wide variety of modular buildings designed to be easily combined, with many different floor types that can be stacked. With this package you can create a wide range of game-ready environment buildings to populate your scenario inside Unity.

PACKAGE CONTENTS
Included in the package there is all you need to create your city buildings. All the prefabs have been created for the base buildings, ready to drag and drop to the editor.

Each type includes different floor configurations that gives you the ability to create many variations of streets.

MATERIALS AND TEXTURES
Each building uses three materials: Ground floor (high resolution), higher floors (low resolution), and one atlas material for the doors and windows.

All of the assets use Autodesk Interactive shader that comes by default with Unity3D. Textures for each channel of PBR metallic roughness workflow are included. The materials in the package are already configured and ready to work with all the assets in the bundle.

Each material includes a full PBR texture set of 4096x4096px.
